- It is great place to relax after a hard day exploring the Lakes.

- The kitchen can be accessed through the archway, it is fully equipped with all mod cons and has everything you need for cooking romantic meals for 2 or feeding a hungry family of 6.
- Equipment provided -Fan Oven, Touch Control Ceramic Hob,Microwave, 4 Slice Toaster, Kettle, Fridge-Freezer,Washing Machine.
The Dining Areas
- The dining area is a great place to entertain and enjoy a relaxing dinner and chat about the days events:
- We provide a table and chairs to seat 6.
- The Rear Patio and Garden can be accessed from the dining kitchen.
The cottage provides three comfortable, cottage style bedrooms sleeping up to six people
Master Bedroom
- A lovely spacious room with a four-poster bed, large dressing table and stool.
- There is built in wardrobe and comfy chair.
- This room benifits from an en-suite with WC and hand basin.
Double Room - with Oak Beamed Ceiling
- Really cosy cottage style double bedroom with dressing table and build in wardrobe and chair.
Bathroom
- Spacious family bathroom comprising of shower over bath, pedestal sink and toilet and chair is provided for comfort.
Front and Back Gardens
- The cottage provides two great places to enjoy alfresco dining on the patios.
- There is lots of outdoor furniture provided. The front is South facing and is perfect sun trap right through into the summer evenings -
- The rear garden is a perfect place for a BBQ (gas is provided for the BBQ from May until September).
- Off-road parking for two cars to the front of the cottage and back.
